About ME

          Axel Vera is a Venezuelan American actor from Miami, Florida. He is also an alumni of New World School of the Arts High School, graduated in 2020. It wasn't until high school that he found his passion for acting, singing and dancing. After graduation, he decided to further his knowledge and training. He is now attending Syracuse University for a BFA in Musical Theatre. He is an actor, for both on stage and on screen.  Axel was  most recently seen in Movie Night with the Syracuse University Drama Department and Syracuse Stage Bank of America Children’s Tour: The Girl Who Swallowed A Cactus.  Axel will be appearing in Mark of the Werebeard, an upcoming, hair-raising motion picture event. He will also be swinging this fall in an upcoming production of Sweet Charity with the Syracuse University Drama Department and Ensemble in the Syracuse Stage Co-production of The Little Mermaid in the winter.
